About the stylish cortijo:

This stylish cortijo is situated in the midst of Andalusia’s rolling countryside, surrounded by beautiful orchards with olives, figs and almonds. You can endlessly look over the hills and valleys and enjoy the beautiful sunset in the evening. The owners have completely restored this place to a stylish cortijo. They have made use of many natural materials and colors that radiate the sense of calm, comfort and space. This atmosphere has been penetrated from the inside to the outside.

The cozy living room with a wood burning stove is directly adjacent to the kitchen with a cozy dining table in the heart of the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are light and breathe out the same atmosphere as the rest of the cortijo. Around the cortijo and by the pool there are many terraces with seating where it is lovely in the sun or in the shade.

The cortijo is well accessed by a tarmac road. The nearest village of Villanueva del Trabuco is an 8-minute drive away. You will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bank and a few restaurants and bars.

The cortijo is centrally located so you can take day trips to the beautiful cities of Antequera, Málaga, Granada, Ronda, Cordoba or Seville, in addition to a wonderful stay in the cortijo.

In the vicinity of the cortijo you will find a wide variety of nature. Nature lovers, hikers, climbers and mountain bikers can enjoy it. The cortijo is not far from the El Torcal Natural Park with its rock formations. A unique landscape where you can enjoy the beautiful flora and fauna. Or you may want to walk in the beautiful Axarquia region, characterized by the many beautiful white Andalusian villages. Of course, a day of excitement and adventure around the lake area at Ardales and the El Chorro Gorge could also be a possibility. An area where the famous hiking trail is called Caminito del Rey and where the real adventurers can climb for a day or go paragliding.

Low season:
Up to 6 persons From € 1.950, – per week

Mid season:
Up to 6 persons From € 2.150, – per week

High season:
Up to 6 persons From € 2.575, – per week

Periods :
Low season: 25 April to 1 June
Mid season: 1 June to 1 July, 1 September to 30 September
High Season: 1 July to 1 September

The standard rental period is a week from Saturday to Saturday. In consultation with the owner’s, flexibility regarding length of stay and arrival and departure days is possible. Please inform us at your request.

Included:
– gas / water / electricity
– air conditioning in the bedroom on the upper floor
– kitchen, bed and bath linen
– final cleaning and weekly linen change

Details:
– arrival between 16:00 – 20.00 hours
– departure before 10:00 hours
– the pool is not fenced and can not be closed for small children
– pets are not allowed
– smoking is not allowed inside the house, only outside on the veranda
– optional interim cleaning can take place, the cost is € 8,- per hour

Security deposit:
The security deposit is € 750,- and you pay this with the remaining amount of your booking. If no damage has occurred, you will receive the security deposit back within 7 days after departure from the cortijo.

Payment Terms:
– a deposit of 25% of the total amount is requested by booking. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your stay
– when booking within the period of 6 weeks before your stay the total amount must be paid immediately

Cancellation Policy:
– up to 6 weeks before the arrival date a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount
– from 6 to 4 weeks before the arrival date a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount
– from 4 weeks to the arrival date a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount
