About the luxury bed & breakfast:

The luxury bed and breakfast is situated in a quiet residential area in the Spanish village of Alhaurín de la Torre, west of Málaga city. The luxury bed and breakfast is just 25 minutes from Málaga city and Málaga airport. The rooms are tastefully decorated and are equipped with all comforts so that you will lack nothing during your stay. The general areas include a large living room with seating and dining facilities and merge seamlessly. On the outside terraces there are several seating areas to relax and enjoy the sun. A delicious full breakfast is served every morning on the breakfast terrace. The notice board will list an option of a light lunch, an evening tapas platter or a dinner (BBQ, Spanish Paella or 3 courses). This is generally available once a week.

The beautiful pool invites you to a refreshing swim or to just relax around it. Next to the swimming pool there is a Finnish sauna, a fitness room and a jacuzzi.

The entire villa can be rented for a few days, a long weekend or a week with a group of family, friends, colleagues or sports club. The villa then functions as a private accommodation (with resident staff) and can accommodate up to 12 guests for a luxurious stay in 2 luxury suites and 3 stylish rooms. With full occupancy of 12 people, the 11th and 12th person sleep on a luxurious single sofa bed in the Superior Suite. For the 11th and 12th person there is a supplement of € 35,- per person, per night including breakfast. Feel free to ask us for further information about the service that is included.

Payment Terms:
– upon booking a deposit of 25% of the total stay sum is requested with a minimum of 1 night. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay
– for a booking within the 6 week period before the start of your stay, the total stay sum must be paid immediately

Cancellation Policy:
– cancellations will only be accepted in writing or by e-mail, stating the reservation number
– FROM RESERVATION TO 6 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL (up to the 42nd calendar day (exclusive):25% of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of 1 night
– FROM 6 WEEKS TO 4 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL (from the 42nd calendar day (inclusive)
up to the 28th calendar day (exclusive): 75% of the total amount of the stay
– FROM 4 WEEKS UP TO AND INCLUDING THE DAY OF ARRIVAL (from the 28th calendar day (inclusive) up to and including the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay
– in case of a no show, the full amount of the stay is due
