About the charming villa:

The charming villa for maximum 6 persons is set in a beautiful valley with breathtaking views of the spectacular Tajo gorge of Ronda. The owners converted the old house into a charming, bright and quirky villa.

Various terraces surround the charming villa, terraces where you can relax in the sun or the shade. You can enjoy al fresco dining at the large dining table outside or cool off in the nice relax pool in the summer months. A beautiful natural garden with a narrow path leads to a small river. Do walk this path and take a look at all the turtles in the river. From the villa you immediately walk in to the protected nature area. You can make beautiful walks and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The charming villa has underfloor heating and a wood burner so it is very comfortable during the cooler winter months. Ronda is the closest village where you will find many shops, restaurants and bars. You can reach the villa by a good farm road.

In the vicinity of the charming villa:

The villa is centrally located so in addition to a comfortable stay in the villa, you can easily make day trips to cities such as Ronda, Cádiz, Jerez de la Frontera, Málaga or Antequera. Next to these cities, there are also small Andalusian villages that are well worth a visit. The villa is also surrounded by large National Parks with a wide variety of nature. Hikers, nature lovers, climbers and mountain bikers can enjoy a lot of the flora and fauna in beautiful Andalusia.

The villa is located in the countryside directly under the famous Tajo gorge, a 10 minutes drive from Ronda (Province of Málaga).

Prices:
Starting price from € 1.200,- per week.
The starting price depends on the relevant season.
The standard rental period is a week from Saturday to Saturday. Outside July and August in consultation flexibility in arrival and departure days and length of stay are possible.
The villa can only be rented in its entirety regardless of the number of persons and the number of bedrooms.

Details:
– arrival from 15.30
– departure before 10:00
– relax pool is not fenced for small children
– pets are not allowed
– smoking is not allowed inside the house, only outside on the terrace
– possibility for mobile airconditioning for € 50,- per week

Security deposit:
The security deposit is € 250,- and you pay this with the remaining amount of your booking. If no damage has occurred, you will receive the security deposit back within 7 days after departure from the villa.

Payment Terms:
– a deposit of 25% of the total amount is requested by booking. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your stay
– when booking within the period of 6 weeks before your stay the total amount must be paid immediately

Cancellation Policy:
– up to 6 weeks before the arrival date a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount
– from 6 to 4 weeks before the arrival date a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount
– from 4 weeks to the arrival date a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount
