The apartments with sea view are part of a beautiful large villa. The owners have transformed the villa into this relaxed holiday spot where you lack nothing. All 4 apartments with sea view and studio are fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay in comfort and luxury. All apartments with seaview have a private terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views. The studio uses the communal terrace. From the communal terraces you can also enjoy the breathtaking views over the hills and the sea. Around the pool and in the garden there are sun loungers and seating areas where you can relax in the sun or enjoy some shade. Adjacent to the pool is a communal barbecue and a covered lounge area with honesty bar that all guests can use during their stay.

If you want to spend a day out, you can combine your stay with a day trip to cities such as Ronda, Málaga or Antequera. To enjoy a wonderful day at the beach, you will find the beaches just a 20-minute drive from the apartments. The region not only offers beautiful cities and beautiful beaches, but you can also enjoy the breathtaking nature here in Andalusia. There are opportunities for mountain biking, cycling, paragliding, horse riding and rock climbing. Or perhaps you would like to play golf on one of the many golf courses in this region. This accommodation is ideal for the use of public transport. The bus stop is right outside in front of the the apartments and will take you to nice restaurants or shops in the neighborhood within minutes.

From € 240, – per night based on bed only (maximum 6 people). The minimum occupancy in the months June, July and August is 2 nights, in the other months the minimum occupancy is 3 nights

From € 160, – per night based on bed only (maximum 3 people). The minimum occupancy in the months June, July and August is 2 nights, in the other months the minimum occupancy is 3 nights

Apartment 3:
From € 160, – per night based on bed only (maximum 3 people). The minimum occupancy in the months June, July and August is 2 nights, in the other months the minimum occupancy is 3 nights

Apartment 4:
From € 150, – per night based on bed only (maximum 2 people). The minimum occupancy in the months June, July and August is 2 nights, in the other months the minimum occupancy is 3 nights

Studio 5:
From € 115, – per night based on bed only (maximum 2 persons). The minimum occupancy in the months June, July and August is 2 nights, in the other months the minimum occupancy is 3 nights

Details:
– check-in from 15.00 – 23.00 hours

– children of all ages are welcome
– there is no possibility to add extra beds in the apartments however, on request, the sofa beds that are present in a number of apartments can be used
– the communal garden, terraces and swimming pool are only accessible by stone stairs from the apartments
– pets are not allowed

Security deposit:
The security deposit is € 200, – which you pay cash on arrival. If no damage has occurred, you will receive the security deposit back on departure.

Payment Terms:
– a deposit of 50% of the total amount is requested by booking. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your stay
– when booking within the period of 6 weeks before your stay the total amount must be paid immediately

Cancellation Policy:
– in case of cancellation less than 6 months before arrival, the cancellation costs are 50% of the total amount
